Shop Policies

Cancellations can be made if your order has not shipped. Please contact us at as quickly as you can if you wish to cancel so that we can work with you.  If your order has shipped we are unable to cancel.

All sales are final but if you have a problem with your order please contact us so we can help. 

Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges may be made only on damaged or defective merchandise within 5 days of the arrival of your order.  Return requests must be submitted in writing to Include your order number, and a description of the defect and/or a photo

Processing Times
Processing times can vary but generally it takes us 3-5 business days to prepare your order. Once your order is processed you will receive a notification that it has shipped.
